1. Who we are
The 365 Revenue Score™ is operated by Nubea Media Limited, trading as Alison McRobbie (“we”, “us”, “our”). We are the data controller for the personal data collected through this Service, which means we decide how and why your data is processed.
2. What we collect
Contact and business details: your first and last name, email address, business name, website and primary social account.
Audit responses: your answers to the diagnostic questionnaire, your scores, and the report generated from them.
Usage and device data: information about your browser, device, IP address and how you interact with the Service, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Correspondence: any messages you send us, including support requests.
3. How we use your data and our legal bases
To provide the Service — delivering your audit, scores and report (performance of a contract).
To send your results and, where you have opted in, relevant business emails (consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).
To keep the Service secure, prevent fraud and improve the product, including anonymised analysis of business patterns across audits (legitimate interests).
To meet legal and regulatory obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate the Service, such as hosting, database and analytics providers, under appropriate data-processing terms.
Stripe, our payment processor, who processes your payment and receives the data needed for the sale, billing, tax compliance and invoicing.
Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) where necessary, and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK/EEA. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep your personal data for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Audit responses may be retained in anonymised, aggregated form for business-pattern analysis. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. We respond to requests within one month.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
8. Security and cookies
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your data.
We use essential cookies to operate the Service and may use analytics cookies to understand how it is used. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
