A digital product, delivered after purchase

The 365 Revenue Score™ is a digital diagnostic. Your report is generated from the information you provide in the audit questionnaire and is delivered to you after purchase.

Because this is a digital product that is delivered in full once your report is issued, it is exempt from the usual cooling-off and refund rights that apply to physical goods. Once your report has been delivered, we do not offer refunds.

Before your report is delivered

If you have paid but have not yet completed the audit or received your report, contact us via alisonmcrobbie.com and we will either help you complete it or refund your payment in full.

If something goes wrong

If you cannot access your report, or you believe you were charged in error, contact us via alisonmcrobbie.com and we will put it right — including a refund where the report was never delivered.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights.
